The great room is built around a twenty-foot glass wall that folds away completely, so the living room, the pool deck and the desert become one space. Open-concept living, desert-toned interiors, automatic shades, Alexa integration and fast Wi-Fi throughout. An 86-inch smart TV with surround sound handles the evenings you decide to stay in.
A kitchen built for cooking together
Professional Thor appliances, a walk-in pantry and a dedicated coffee bar with a De'Longhi espresso machine and drip brewer. There is counter space for several people at once, which is the real point: groups here tend to cook rather than drive into town twice a day.
Sleeping arrangements that flex
Bedroom one is a California King with an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are queens. A fourth room works as an office with a queen Murphy bed, and the garage game room adds a full-size sofa bed. The base nightly rate covers eight guests; up to twelve can be accommodated with flexible bedding for an additional per-guest charge.
